Grease Interceptor Trap Installation

Grease interceptor traps are designed to prevent oils, fats and greases from entering the sewerage system. Without an effective trap, fats and oils can cause blockages in your pipes as well as pollute the environment – and clearing blockages from your pipes is not an easy job.

Larger than a regular grease trap, grease interceptor pits and traps work by separating food solids, water, oils and grease. The grease-free water then drains into the normal septic system for safe disposal, while the food solids, grease and oil are collected and pumped out at a later time by waste disposal trucks.
